Why do we need to repent?
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Once we’ve excepted Christ into our life, Jesus will remember your sins no more. Christ will give you a new mind, and heart.
To prevent condemnation to our souls we must Submit our faults of sin to Jesus Christ, and Jesus is just to forgive us.
John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
While we were yet sinners Christ died for us.

If you confess your sins to Jesus, Jesus Christ will repeat your words to the father.
Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
Witness about Jesus Christ before all and Jesus will confess before the angels on God.

Except a man be born again
