Surrender for Peace

Where in your life do you need peace the most?

If we are honest, many of us could name several areas where peace is needed. But usually there is one issue that rises to the front of our minds.

Maybe it is peace in your marriage.
Maybe it is peace with your children.
Maybe it is peace in your health.
Maybe it is peace in your finances.

Perhaps you made a mistake and got yourself into trouble, and now you need help finding a way out.

Or maybe your struggle is emotional—feeling left out, rejected, or forgotten.

If any of these situations describe your life today, then it is time to look for the true source of help.

First, let me remind you of something very important: Jesus loves you.

Many times we try to face the challenges of life on our own. We carry the weight ourselves, thinking we have the strength to handle what comes our way. But sooner or later we discover that our strength is not enough.

The burdens become heavy. The pressure becomes overwhelming. And the peace we are searching for seems out of reach.

But Jesus gives us the answer.

In John 14:6, Jesus said:

"I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

True peace is found when we surrender our burdens, our struggles, and our lives to Him. When we stop trying to do everything in our own strength and place our trust in Jesus Christ, that is when real peace begins.
